KRA:
Handling of all Principal's office related work.
Coordination with all the staff.
Assisting Principal in each & every work.
Acting as a first point of contact.
Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
Purchase related work.
Requirements :
Min. Qualification: Graduation.
Experience: Min. 2-3 years experience as an Admin Ex./ Office Assistant & Secretary.
Tech savvy.
In-depth knowledge of Excel, words etc.
Smart & Active.
Excellent communication skills. (writing & verbal both)
Good writing skills.
Soft spoken.
