Job Description

*Maintenance of all instruments and PLCs of Equipments (utilities, Production, monitoring / indicating).

*Assist in Calibration of all process and field instruments.

*Assist in validation of instruments / equipments in related areas.

*Documentation and upkeep of records pertaining to equipments/ instrument maintenance.

*Modification / automation of existing E&I systems from time to time.

*Spares assessment and control pertaining to equipment maintenance.

*Ensure effective safety precautions at work.

*Documentation and upkeep of records pertaining to equipments / instrument maintenance

*Telephone system maintenance

*Inspect and troubleshooting the operation of instruments and electrical systems to diagnose faults and verify repairs.

*Establish and optimize process control strategies, and control and troubleshooting related systems such as PLCs, SCADA and HMIs and Building Automation System.
