Excellent knowledge in Transaction Processing and AR in US Healthcare. Should have Immense knowledge in Denial Management
Good team handling and client coordination experience
Should be flexible to work in any shift
Calling Insurance agents on claims resolutions and handling the denials for a closure.
Ensure 100% follow up on pending claims.
