POST- ASSOCIATE RECRUITMENT/ AGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Roles & Responsibility
Recruiting Prospective Life advisors
Training and motivate them
Driving sales for the company, through life advisors
Goal Setting, reviewing and assisting them

Minimum requirement of a candidate
Graduation mandatory
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in field sales
Age 25 - 39

Package UPTO 3.00 TO 3.90 LACKS PER ANNUM (FIXED CTC)
Benefits- Unlimited incentives + Every 6 months promotion
should be willing to do sales or feild work.
