We are currently seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our team in Remote, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
BENEFITS ANALYST
Location: India or Mexico (Remote)
Role Description and Requirements
- Normal working hours: US time zone
- Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
- Customer and solution focused
- Support the administration of the US benefit offerings, such as medical, life, dental, retirement (401k). Prior exposure / familiarity with US benefit programs is ideal.
- Provide direct employee support via AskHR ticketing process and Benefits mailbox, using a pro-active, problem-solving approach and ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution on employee questions.
- Follow team processes to ensure appropriate escalation on sensitive and priority cases
- Efficiently leverage the vendor platforms to support audits, reporting and employee cases.
- Act as a liaison between internal parties (HR, Finance, Payroll) and external vendors
- Strong Excel skills required
Edu / Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree
