We are currently seeking a [[Configuration Analyst]] to join our team in [[Noida]], [[Uttar Pradesh]], [[India]].
Supporting All aspects of SCCMIntune viz. Software Distribution, Patching, Client Remediation, Baselines Custom Reports
Exposure on MS Intune and troubleshooting Issues with Intune and autopilot
Working on SCCM client installation, remediation and preparing compliance reports
Working on incidents equests and tasks pertaining to custom reporting, Application deployment, patching and other sccm issues
- Ability to manage different types of customers and their needs.
- Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal
- Act as a coordinator on bridges and collaborations
- Act as a point of escalataion and drive small project type engamements
- Create ad hoc reports and basic understanding of MS Excell and office tools.
- Own issues and drive them to closure.
