Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- 1. Maintaining employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- 2. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
- 3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
- 4. Posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
- 5. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details
- 6. Hiring talent (conducting telephonic & face-to-face interviews)
Who can apply:
- having a MBA degree or pursuing MBA
- Fresher with Good management skills
- Comfortable to work Full Time in office at Noida
- Available for 2 months
