Job Description

Monitoring and planning preventive, predictive maintenance schedules to avoidbreakdown.
To check daily energy, coal consumption, shut-down maintenance of boilers.
To check any modification & change in order to improve efficiency andperformance.
Monitoring Utility section & process, taking shut-down maintenance.
Maintaining job card, Maintenance planner, ISO documentation, etc.
Conducting failure investigation analysis to identifying gaps and taking correctiveMeasures so as to reduce equipment downtime and maximum availability.
Planning of the work force, shift management activities and reporting to dept. head.
