Job Description
BS/MS in Computer Science, Other engineering/technical degreeCandidate should have 3-5 years experience in Managing 8-15 member team
12+ years of experience in highly technical roles in test engineering or enterprise services, at large organizations or innovative startups
Strong domain expertise in building and delivering large-scale Networking/Security Products / Solutions
Experience leading software test teams involved with qualifying features and customer use cases
Candidate must have hands-on exp in one or more of the technology area of Enterprise product- Layer-2, Layer-3, Security (TLS/SSL, 802.1x, IP ACL's, IPSEC, SSH/Tacacs, Macsec etc..), Multicast (PIMv4, PIMv6, IGMPSnooping/MLD)
Candidate must have hands-on exp in developing Automation Framework for enterprise networking products
Candidate must have hands-on exp in scripting using Python/TCL
Experience with Customer engagements (both proactive and reactive)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
