Job Title: Software Developer(RPA)
Experience: 2+ years
Location: Mumbai (Andheri-East) - Permanent Work from Home Facility
Position Type: Full-Time Employment
Salary: Depends on Last drawn.
HR Interview Timing: Monday to Friday (11 AM to 8 PM)*
Final Round Timing: Monday to Friday (6 PM to 9 PM)*
Mode of Interview: Telephonic Interview/Video Call Interview
Shift Timings: Night Shift Only (Permanent work from home)
Note: You can also refer your friends for the Interview.
Skillset: C#, ASP.NET, RPA, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or UIPath
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance with process design.
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
- Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
- Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Create process and end-user documentation.
- Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
- Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of relevant RPA Analytics consulting or industry experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with one of the market-leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, and/or UIPath
- Minimum 2 years of process design and process improvement experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in programming (.NET, Java, ETL, etc.)
- 2+ years experience leading and managing project teams
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
