Job Description - As Head of Business Finance, you would be responsible for setting up the FP&A function, focusing on long-range strategy, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, planning, competition analysis, driving bottom-line improvement strategies, and special projects with CFO and MD.

Education: CA Passed

Years of experience 10 yrs

Location Dadar (west), Mumbai

From the retail (manufacturing) industry

Salary upto 30 LPA 40 LPA

Role:

Prepare review and continuously update fin data (statements budget and accounts) for the business

Develop key financial strategies to enhance the business profitability and minimize risk

Monitor working capital management and ensure adequate cash flow availability

Prepare monthly financial and management reports

Comply with all financial statements for the business

Manage budget and financial forecast

Manage costs and develop effective strategies for minimizing financial risk to the Business

Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and trends to identify suitable opportunities for expansion

Perform the role of people manager
