Job Description
Responsibilities:oManaging and delivering audits per the annual Audit plan
oManage the audit engagements staffing, feedback and development
oImplement high standards of quality
oPerform multiple audit assignments simultaneously
oAnticipate engagement issues and take appropriate measures to resolve
oPrepare and maintain documentation of the audit work / results in accordance with audit workflow system
oWorking closely and sharing audit outcome with manager and tracking issue remediation for effective closure
oPerform data analysis to provide meaningful inferences and identify key risk area
oPerform advanced, specialized and/or managerial auditing work in multiple disciplines.
oDetermine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
oObtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
oPrepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process
oEnsuring that all suppliers are meeting the compliance requirement and documents received by them are properly audited.
oSending weekly, monthly and quarterly surveys to the suppliers or engaging managers.
oKeep a track of the survey response received.
oShould have proper knowledge of Microsoft office.
Education and Experience:
o Bachelor's Degree required
o At least 3 years of proven experience in vendor risk management or vendor program management supporting a global enterprise
o At least 3 years of experience in risk management or related control discipline such as audit or compliance.
o Proven leadership skills demonstrating sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
o Experience with working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
o Strong PC skills, including Word and Excel
o Excellent communication, relationship building and strategic planning skills.
