Looking for Floor Manager (Female Candidates only) for a national-level Beauty Retail Chain for their outlet located in South Kolkata (Ballygunge, South City).

# Graduate/ Diploma (Full Time), Female candidates from Ballygunge, Ruby, Dhakuria, Garia, Jadavpur, Park Circus, Picnic Garden, Lake Gardens, Golf Green, Bansdroni, Rashbehari, Taratala etc. will be preferred.

# Candidates with experience in Retail Outlets, Hotels/ Hospitality, Beauty/ Fitness/ Wellness Centres, BPO or Corporate in Front Office/ Reception/ Customer Service/ Guest Service/ Administration/ Operations role can apply

Designation: Floor Manager/ Duty Manager

Industry: Beauty & Personal Care Retail chain

Job Role: Front Office Management, Retail/ Outlet Management, Customer Service, Guest Service, Billing/ Cash Management, Stock Management, Service Staff Management, Team handling, General Operations & Administration

Duty Timing: 11.45 AM - 9 PM (retail shift)

Education: Graduate or at least full-time Graduate Diploma

Experience: 2 - 8 years (confident candidates with 0 to 1 year experience can also apply for Trainee position)

Gender: Female only

Age: 23 - 40 Years

Skills: Smart, confident, good communication skills, customer service oriented, team management skills, working knowledge of Computers/ MS Excel/ Reports & MIS

Annual CTC: 1.5 to 2 Lacs + Incentives
