Urgent Hiring for Senior Relationship Manager - Immediate Joiner - SPOT OFFER!!!
Designation: Relationship Manager/Executive Relationship Manager
Compensation/CTC Package: 2.2L to 4L CTC per annum + Heavy Incentives based on sales performance + Fast Track promotions 3 promotion cycle in a year.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
Make the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customers requirements.
Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visit and convert the lead to sales.
Cross-sell/Up-sell products.
Assuring that the business targets are met as per goal sheet given.
Specific Responsibilities:(Agency Manager)
Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective location.
Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.
Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business.
Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales

Business Mix
Persistency
Criteria Required:
Age Limit 24 to 39 years.
Experience of at least 6 months of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
Local resident for some time Should have natural market in that location.
2-Wheeler/4-Wheeler must.
