Job Description
Responsible for managing the business unit as a profit centerIdentify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing
business proves and management consulting analysis.
Provide strategic leadership to the organization for business growth
Manage customer escalations and sustain a healthy relationship with customers
Identifying and developing leaders for future
Align with sales and provide the required sales support for aggressive growth
Work with multiple stakeholders to realize business goals
Developing progressive recruitment, induction, ongoing training, and research system to
ensure high-quality substance and capabilities in the entire team
Bring thought leadership to adopt new challenges and changes in the technology world and
preparing the team to take on new frontiers
Developing deep-rooted relationships with existing and new customers and providing them
overall account management as well as business consulting, as required.
Batchelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related technical field. An MBA in business
management is desirable.
Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred
At least 15 years of experience in software development, testing, and delivery of complex
software projects in the domains of communication, media, and broadcasting
Have executed software projects/programs of 10 M$ or more
Strong project management credentials, demonstrated experience of leading teams of
100+ people / ODC.
Structured Project Management experience - PMP / Agile Certifications are added
advantage.
Have experience in managing customer escalations independently
Strong in communication - both written and oral - and presentation skills
Strong in negotiation and ability to get things done
Have thorough understanding and experience of managing projects in conventional and
agile development environment
Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department
management is desirable.
