Job Description

Handling PJSM Export documentation - Pre shipment & Post Documents, Purchase Order Issue etc,
Responsible for Export order allocating to Planning, Production and Procurement

Work with Procurement, Purchase and Store team to ensure all the packaging items reach the distillery on time for proPreparing shipping schedule as per the priority to meet the buyer's deadline and execution for dispatches.
Order tracking till shipment reaches the destination
Ensuring compliance with applicable export requirements.
Risk management during transporter strike / Port strike and in unexpected circumstance. Implementing corrective actions where applicable.
