Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop channel strategy, plans, budgets, and forecasts to increase brand presence to drive disruptive growth for the organization.
- Should have handled marketplace operations on amazon/flipkart, where company directly sells on amazon/flipkart
- Should have handled marketing spends online
- Achievement of targeted top line for E-commerce marketplaces.
- Setting up of E-commerce Business Processes / Best Practices for the organization.
- Responsible for E-commerce marketing budget and ROI..
- Continuously measure effectiveness and ROI of initiatives and apply learnings in ongoing strategies and plans.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
- Analyzing Marketing data - Impression/ Clicks / CTR/ Sales & deciding on the new strategies
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of parent needs and of local market trends and developments to formulate marketing strategies
- Apply customer and market insights.
- Develop the ecommerce strategy including pricing, products.
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Online Product Management Ensures that products are merchandised while ensuring that products are simple to find, but yet maximising sales opportunities.
- Stock Availability monitor stock holding and report weekly on the site cover and work
- Maximise the profit contribution of e-Commerce sales through effective management of stock levels and accurate forecasting of sales
- Online sales budget control and forecasting identify and report on trends in trading performance and develop sales forecasts for peak trading periods online.
