JOB DESCRIPTION
Position-Engineer I, Process

Location- Goa

• Support MWS operation through engineering support of manufacture of MWS antennas
• Be responsible for Fabrication cell which includes Shear forming machines, Hydraulic and pneumatic Press, Dies and punch and other manufacturing processes.
• Be responsible for Engineer Change in the build process.
• Provide support to production and other related departments with documentation trouble shooting
• Create and establish best practices for changeovers and PMs.
• Support R&D with design trials.
• Lead team in RCA and workshops that are Business critical.
• Work on Continuous improvement opportunities

Preferably BE with 5+ years of relevant experienceSkills required

Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.

• Working knowledge and programming of shear forming machines.
• Working knowledge on hydraulics and pneumatics integrated systems.
• Die and punch design and qualification knowledge
• Working in 3D environment for creation of models and drawings (preferably SolidWorks).
• Able to read drawings and understand dimensioning.
• Design for Manufacture and Tolerance Analysis
• Familiar with SAP
