Job Description

• Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Primarily Night Shifts and 5 days Working )
• Master Graduates should have at least 1 year experience in BPO sector
• Freshers & candidates with prior relevant (BPO) and non-relevant (other domain) experience are eligible to apply
• Qualifications : PUC (12th)/Diploma / Undergraduates/BE /Btech and Graduates from any stream are eligible to apply
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Should be ok with WFO/WFH

International Non-Voice Process

Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
Comfortable with night shifts- 24*7 any 9hr Rotational Shifts & 2 Rotational off
min 1yr exp in CS- Voice or Non Voice
