We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Cnslt. Lead Consultant to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Pega Software Developer to join our team in Noida, Bangalore or Hyderabad , India.
1. Responsible for the End-End Project Lifecycle by gathering and translating the business requirements into technical requirements, providing architectural recommendations, designing, building, testing, deploying Pega Workflow solutions using agile methodology.
2. Develop applications using agile principles to release the software deliverables to business teams.
3. Provide a technical blueprint of solutions and ensure technical excellence and good design to enhance agility of the developed solution.
4. Prepare business requirement documents, design documents, and process documents to explain the design and code.
5. Create workflows, data flow system architecture, and algorithms using Visio and online websites like flowchart maker and online diagram software.
6. Design and develop automation bots and integration solutions (using Restful API and webservices) as well as perform code management in source code repository.
7. Design, develop, and deliver new automated objects and processes that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand by using PRPC.
8. Create database connections to fetch data from various data sources and automate the mundane tasks using automation anywhere.
9. Co-ordinate with the client, onsite, and offshore teams on daily basis to work on project planning, deliverables, issues, and status updates.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in developing applications using PRPC.
2. Very good analysis and debugging skills
3. CSSA and CSA certifications
4. Able to propose solutions to various requirements
5. Work with positive attitude and contribute to the team deliverables
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have (But not must):
1. Hands on experience on Pega 8.x
2. Exposure to different software development methodologies
3. Domain knowledge in healthcare or insurance sector
