The Sales & Operations Executive increase sales, market share, company profitability and customer satisfaction by working with the customers, contractors, architects, designers (and their clients) in choosing from a wide variety of granite stone and marbles. Our Sales & Operations Executive provides expert product knowledge, selection assistance and customer service.

Job Duties:

1. Work with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors etc.) in planning and product selection

2. Possess a professional, knowledgeable, positive and energetic attitude

3. Work with Outside Sales Staff and Counter Sales Staff to assist in following up with customers

4. Develop long-term relationships with industry customers (i.e. designers)

5. Use appropriate office technologies and computers to prepare quotations, process and track orders and maintain excellent communication with all contacts

6. Maintain the Showroom as a professional place of business

7. Follow company policies and procedures

Work Experience:

1 years minimum experience required in back office/ operations.

Salary: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
