APM / Product Manager / Sr Product Manager @ HRD House

• Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of Ophthalmology brands. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in Ophthalmology Segment.
• He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently.
• He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative. Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
• Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.
• Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.
• Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
• Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation.
• Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
  

Required Candidate profile

• B. Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Marketing , 3 - 8 years in Pharma PMT / Marketing out of 1-2 yrs as Product Executive / Assistant Product Manager or 2 -3 yrs as Product Manager handling Ophthalmology Segment.
• He/she should be creative and innovative. He/She should have good knowledge of Ophthalmology segment.
• He/She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.
• Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.
