Senior Product Manager - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Wells Fargo

As a Product Owner for our CEO Mobile scrum, you will support the evolution and implementation of key CEO Mobile capabilities that transform the Wells Fargo commercial customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our CEO Mobile Product Manager and line of business (LOB) partners, and leading your scrum team to deliver solutions via Agile methodology. Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO Mobile product manager and project team to define business requirements to meet the project objectives. Ensure requirements are within our CEO mobile standards and guidelines and align to our business strategy and objectives.
• Manage, groom, and prioritize the scrums backlog and work with the team to plan stories for upcoming sprints. Determines acceptance criteria for final UAT code.
• Be accountable for scrum team deliverables and KPIs. Monitor and measure progress on user story delivery and sprint team velocity. Review metrics to measure value and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Effectively manage risks associated with projects and scrum team, including: compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; and adherence to internal Wells Fargo policies, procedures, and controls
• Communicate, collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders (e.g. Tech Leader, LOB, Legal, Compliance, etc.)
• Work with operations and technical teams to research and resolve production issues. Clarify ambiguities and customer experience based on business requirements and product objectives.
• Foster innovation ideas, lead product development discovery, and research new ideas with/from other teams

Essential Qualifications

• Masters Degree
• Prior experience of mobile product management and exposure to both iOS and Android
• 8+ years of product management experience, product development experience, or a combination of both
• Expertise in end-to-end product management in a complex, technical and rapidly changing business environment
• Ability to provide detailed analysis and documentation in support of overall initiatives
• Success in developing strong business relationships with other product partners and related teams, interacting with mid to senior management
• Ability to work with technical teams while also understanding the business drivers and customer experience (and to be able to bridge the two through excellent communication skills)
• Experience supporting the development of strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for internet or mobile-based product/service
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop reports and dashboards
• Proven and demonstrated leadership qualities
• Proven ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Demonstrated experience to handle multiple efforts, projects and initiatives at the same time

Desired Skills:

• Prior banking or financial services experience
• Experience with product planning, development, and implementation desired.
• Experience in leading a significant platform/digital product redesign definition and launch
• Strong communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, influencing, collaboration and facilitation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) skills
