Desired Candidate Profile

  • RTE :
  • Release Train Engineer (RTE) responsible for Managing E2E Programs for client Consumer organization.
  • RTE will be the thought leader who guides and influences multiple projects across multiple applications as they adopt & implement them.
  • Facilitating Agile Release Train processes and execution. As part of the role you will manage Escalations on impediments, help manage risk, helps ensure value delivery, and drives continuous improvement.
  • Helping to guide and manage the ART and the teams through the delivery of software.
  • Managing End to End Enterprise scale programs
  • assessment and Mitigation of Program related Risks
  • Providing Data driven insights to streamline the overall Release/Program management framework.
  • Drawing inferences from Project Management metrics and provide recommendations to optimize for speed to IT delivery.
  • Enabling IT transformation by working across delivery and support functions like HR, Sourcing, Legal, Infrastructure, Security and others to facilitate transformation of people and processes.
  • Helping the organization in implementing the enterprise Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Establishing new processes and/or fine tune existing process in the areas of budgeting, scheduling and resource management to maximize productivity and improve upon software delivery capabilities.
  • Driving efficiencies and eliminate waste from the system.
  • Defining and implementing roadmaps and action plans towards achieving operational objectives.
  • Establishing strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
  • Collecting, monitoring, and reporting statistical data and an analysis of the data within specified time frames.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement, their root causes, and solutions to correct them within a team-based work environment
  • Agile Coach:
  • Evolve individual mindsets and behaviours: Supplier shall coach the product owner, Scrum master and team members to embrace Agile mindset. Supplier shall support to set up delivery processes in line with the mindset, facilitate workshops and trainings, help the team to define OKRs, term norms, cadences, etc. and setup information radiators. Supplier shall nurture adherence to Agile practices and principles through appropriate behaviours.
  • Elevate Agile team performance: Supplier shall teach, mentor, role-model and improve Agile practices that include Backlog refinement, Sprint planning, DTP (development, testing and production), Sprint review and Sprint retrospective. Supplier shall coach the team to raise and remove impediments constantly and to continuously improve its performance.
  • Champion workflow across the organization: Supplier shall foster self-organization within the Agile team. Supplier shall facilitate communication and collaboration within and across the Agile teams. Supplier shall encourage the Agile team to drive results by routinely assessing achievement against OKRs.
  • Increase overall agile maturity: Supplier shall coach the team on how to build a trusting and safe environment. Supplier shall support to build a culture that promotes high transparency and adaptability. Supplier shall assess the team's overall Agile maturity and produce a report
