Job Description
Opportunity for Settlement Operations with SBI Capsecurities Ltd.Department: Operations
Location: Mumbai.
- Should have strong knowledge of Institutional Backoffice operations of various trades and its settlement, etc. including interaction with the local/Global custodians and look after the timely dissemination of trade confirmation / electronic contract notes using the Straight Through Processing (STP) System in association with STP Service Providers like NSDL, NSE.IT, FT & Omgeo to ensure a seamless flow of trade data for FI & FII clients.
- Knowledge of Empanelment process, broad knowledge of compliance for local & institutional clients including global laws and regulations
- Good interaction with custodians and Exchange.
- Responsible for reporting of Exchange related files and various client reports.
- Candidate should be Innovative, creative & should be enthusiastic with good correspondence and communication skills
- Should have knowledge of processing Equity Cash, Derivative, MF, Commodity, Margin Funding and SPOT market trades.
- Should have knowledge of Fund Pay-in Pay-out and Settlement of trade activity.
- Strong written & verbal communication to face off global counterparts and troubleshooting clients queries related to Equity Markets/F&O on the operations and trade confirmation / settlements side.
- Should assist in developing robust process and control environment that ensures all key control are completed in accordance with policies and on time.
- Should have worked in medium/large institutional broking houses.
