Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate should have good knowledge of corporate actions and /or Income events and minimum of 3 years of experience.

Should possess knowledge for daily processing of corporate action and Income events. Must have good communication skills .

Any additional experience of reconciliation , vendor knowledge and custody side understanding is welcome .

The candidate will be responsible for daily processing of key business transactions related to various corporate action and Income events.

Candidate should be able to resolve all discrepancies, ensures to take action on everyday matters as well as resolve inquiries from all internal /external clients .

Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts since we are looking to hire for US- market corporate action /Income teams.
