Job Description
- To manage the IT infrastructure monitoring and environments from request through to Operational. This will include ensuring the day to day Monitoring operation (24*7 operations) and deliverables on time.
- To maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and Customers.
- To Manage the operational Weekly Monthly deliverable reports Events Incident Compliance reports, Health Check Reports etc
- Skilled to Create, Review and Validate the LWI, Technical Documents which are required for project operations. Ans also get involved in Monitoring and business Tool Optimization project transition and Stream line the standard process and operations wherever it is required.
- Coordinate and actively work with Operational managers, Project Management, Service Manager and other platform tower teams on day to day operations, major change request, planned outages, core tool upgrade or maintenance window, plans for monitoring changes and upgrades.
- Required to be flexible with monthly rotational shifts, Including Night shift to support the business operation s needs. flexible to work additional hours when requested for special projects or additional support.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 year Experienced and knowledge on Basic IT infrastructure operations, Application Server monitoring.
- Basic Understanding of Windows server, system and Applications.
Basic Understanding of NOC operations, Monitoring Tool (Solarwinds, Nagios, Science Logic etc )
- Knowledge on basic windows server administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on basic network concepts and understanding.
- Should have knowledge on ITIL process, Event, Incident, Change and Problem management.
