Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of information, and protect organisational assets. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to organisational standards, anticipate and address guests service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Arranging all documents for hotel/conference hall booking for CMEs.
  • Adhom tracker update, follow up with the team members to ensure proper follow & status get captured on daily basis to ensure proper conversion.
  • Query tracker (Adhom+KOL+Other leads) need to update this on daily basis.
  • Weekly review format follows up with team need to get slides by Saturday evening and Wednesday evening for the Monday &Thursday review.
  • Monthly review formats by 1st of every month.
  • Tour plan of the team members by 25th of every month (for the subsequent month).
  • Patient flow details of every DGM/Managers need to captured on daily basis in excel to arrive at sales credit.
  • Referral tracker need to be updated on daily basis, ION tracking.
  • Happay payment of sales and marketing team follow up and happay related follow ups.
  • Day tracker reports, follow up with team.
  • CME/OPD/Doctor visit details need to be tracked in excel.
  • Promotional material dispatch to the team members on time.
  • Marketing team travel request follow up.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education - Any Graduates

Experience- 2 - 5 years

Should be good at Excel, Presentation, MIS , Data Analytics etc.

Excellent communication skills
