Roles and Responsibilities
Job DescriptionRole: Technical Project Manager
1) The position is expected to Build/Develop products/solutions/processes for our Liquidity, Virtual
account Management and Escrow solutions
2) Investigate solutions to complex problems, design solutions, and work closely with the Engineering
and customer team to implement them.
3) Work with cross-functional teams on understanding current Pain Points and generate possible
solutions.
4) Play a leadership role by working closely with internal stakeholders like business teams, technical
teams, and operational teams on solution adoption.
5) Ensure Solutions are scalable and prepare for the future.
6) Should Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7) Should be able to operate successfully both strategically and tactically and have a strong bias for
action.
8) Should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity thats higher than most projects and relish the idea
of solving new problems
9) Should be passionate about innovation, can demonstrate a high degree of ownership, and want to
have fun while they build excellent products.
Experience:
Degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of Technical Program Management experience in financial services products and
implementation
Experience in leading cross-functional techno commercial teams to deliver products and projects on
tight deadlines.
Experience in software development and large-scale technology implementation.
Experience building processes, project management, and software development release schedules.
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact in a cross-functional environment with all levels of
executive management
Hands-on experience with agile or other program management methodologies
Understanding of current technology and Software trend.
Exposure to multiple diverse cloud technologies and environments.
Demonstrate exceptional technical skills across applications, information processing and integration
domains.
Ability to challenge the conventional wisdom regarding technology trends.
Ability to understand the long term and short term perspectives of a solution.
Ability to assess and analyze the wide enterprise impact of a solution.
Ability to comprehend and articulate solutions based on events driven computing.
Knowledge of systems, components and architectural principles and practices followed in distributed
computing architecture.
Knowledge of key integration patterns and tools such as event based, messaging, ETL, ESB &
microservices based integration.
Knowledge of best practice API development, deployment, governance and management practices.
Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in Financial Services.
