RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Quality
Be the interface with the Design site PrQSMs and RS site Quality team.
Project Quality
Establish the Project Quality plan and ensure the proper application during contract execution in accordance to the contract requirements, and to the Alstom processes
Support the project teams and SSM/PM to prepare gate reviews & follow up related action plans
Project execution controls
Support the project teams mainly the SSM/PM to prepare gate reviews & follow up related action plans
Report quality and safety alerts
Ensure quality of the modifications made during the project
Ensure that safety assessment is correctly implemented (i.e.: SRIL)
Control project deliverables compliance through inspection and audits (FAR-FMR-SMR, other customer audits)- to authorize presentation / delivery to customer
Ensure REX process within the project
Measure and improve project quality performance
Manage Safety issues and other Kx issues during revenue service and to facilitate problem solving during project execution phase to reduce the costs of non-quality (8D, REX and standards evolution)
Make sure that Engineering team is included in Customer issues solving process(if needed).
