HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL BPO FOR US PROCESS

PROCESS : US ( VOICE SALES PROCESS)

PRODUCT : Ayurvedic product sales process

JOB LOCATION :Azad Pur ( Gt Road) < New Delhi

SALARY :INR 30,000 CTC

AGE LIMIT : 30 Years

SHIFT TIMING : Day shift / Night Shift

CAB SERVICE :For night shift one side cab facility

ELIGIBILIRTY CRITERIA :-

• - Anygraduate or an undergraduate can apply with min. experience of 1 year.

- EXPERIENCE :-
- Minimum 06 Months Experience in International Voice sales
Process.

- Candidates must have Their previous jobs Experience Documents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Makeinbound and outbound calls with customer to promote and sell a product or service.

Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails. Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.

Monitor competitors products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.

Handle customer needs and requirements.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

• You will get the generated leads and convert into sales
