Structured Content is at the heart of the engines powering the new age

Content delivery. In Technical Communication group of Adobe, we are
Developing a Component Content Management System which Powers the journey of Structured Content for large enterprises. Scale and
Efficiency is key here. We have a strong vision, and we are looking for a highly motivated, technically driven and hands on leader to realize it for our product.About the Team:

AEM DoX is a new age technology CCMS. It is used by Fortune-50 companies
which publish millions of documents regularly using this product. It is a
unique opportunity to work in a startup like environment within a largeorganization where all product functions collaborate closely with the

business counterparts and with the large enterprise customers. Given the
enterprise business domain and the startup nature of the team, we are
growing fast and scaling the product scope and customer base at a very
rapid pace.What you'll do

.Lead the entire AEM DoX (formally known as XML Documentation for Adobe
Experience Manager) engineering team. It will be a two-level structure with
both direct and second level reporting..Overall responsible for the architecture, technical design, vision, and

implementation strategy
.Develop and evolve engineering processes to optimize team efficiency and product quality
.Collaborate closely with product management, consultants, customers, and
multi-functional teams to keep the development team aligned with product goal
.Mentor and guide a hard-working team
.Review and collaborate on features, technology, architecture, designs
and creative problem solvingWhat you need to succeed

.Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field.
.proven experience as an Engineering Manager for product development.Strong management and leadership skills

.Experience in working on Cloud, Server-side technologies, Java and related technologies with strong design and architectural skills
.Experience of architecting and building scalable, enterprise server solutions
dealing with large data.A good understanding of client-side architecture and constraints. Experience

with JS frameworks like Angular, React will be an added advantage.
.Track record of focus on automation and engineering process improvements.Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and deep data

structures knowledge
.Cost consciousness around computation and memory requirements.Strong verbal and written communication skills

.Highly motivated, works well in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
.Passionate about solving interesting problems for customers - ready to explore new grounds in technology
