Administration or Master in Administration or

Hospital Administration or Master in Public Health

C) preference will be given to candidate having

qualification of BDS/MBBS

D) If not MBA then +2yrs experience should be

Considered

E) MS-CITMore than 10 years experience as Assistant Manager in Health insurance sector in Maharashtra or other state.

For post of RM field level experience is mandatory.

Job description for Regional Manager

Reporting to: General Manager, Operations

1)Monitoring and supervision of district coordinator activities.

2)Attend meetings of District Monitoring and Grievance redressal committee.

3)Visit to all districts in his region& empanelled network hospitals.

4)Monthly district review meetings with DMO, DH, Supervisors, and ARMs.

5)Monitor and Coordinate with District managers of CSC.

6)To resolve the Grievances of beneficiary patients.

7)Regular Medical audits to be conducted as per schedule and instructions from SHAS.

8)In case of any infrastructural deficiencies immediately discuss with the management of the Network hospital&

resolve it or in case of non-resolution, escalate the matter through the hierarchy.

9)Ensure that hospital treats for all the empanelled specialties.

10)Regularly monitor performance of Government reserved procedures.

11)Conduct meetings and trainings as per instructions of the SHAS office.

12)Coordinate with network hospitals, public representatives, district administration under the district collector and other stake holders.

Coordinate with head office.
