Conduct blue print and requirement gathering workshop with the client either in person at client location or over telephone.
Play back the understanding of the client requirement with the client.
Prepare blue print component understanding document.
Work with the client to have the blue print component understanding document signed off.
Customisation of the templates (MIT and other inputs) to suit clients requirements.
Capture any exceptions and deviations to ADP s standard process and document it appropriately.
Prepare payroll calendar in line with ADP s standard SLA and clients requirements.
Customer training on ADP templates as required.
Handover blue print to the Set Up team for configuration.
Work very closely with the project manager and the configuration team for timely completion of all activities as per the migration plan.
Identify areas where process improvements can be made to improve the productivity of the team.
Ensure compliance with the established policies procedures.
4 plus years of experience in India Payroll and compliance.
4 plus years of experience in any Payroll HCM ERP.
Working in a fast-paced work environment that is frequently changing.
