We have openings for Support executives - Nonvoice process @ Coimbatore

Work location: Sungam, Coimbatore (ELYSIUM Central Tower)

Total Openings: 500 +

• Role: Non voice Support (Backend Operations )
• Shift: Rotational Shift
• Eligibility : Both Freshers & Experience candidates can apply
• Qualification: HSC passed / Any graduate (Arrears can be considered )
• Should know to understand and speak in any one language Added advantage(English / Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam)

Nature of Work:

• Responsible of completing the assigned videos assigned within the agreed Timelines.
• Categorize videos as per the content seen
• Ability to handle contents which are emotionally impacting

Skills Required:

• Freshers with strong customer focus.
• Basic knowledge of computers- MS Office
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Should be flexible for Rotational day shifts.
• Flexible to work in any shifts round the clock /6 days.
• Any customer service experience/ BPO experience.

Mode of interview: Direct Walk-in Drive (please come with 2 copies of your resume and a Government ID PROOF.
