You are responsible for

• Define and implement the optimal measurement of data quality
• Secure relevant and actionable business insights
• Grow the coverage of the data quality measurement in line with IDM agreed roadmap
• Own the data quality processes from input to insights publications
• Data Profiling and executing PDCA activities with business, markets and functions
• Responsible for QlikSense data visualisation reports and dashboards using multiple data sources with high end analytical data presentation
• Interaction with business and key stakeholders to gather requirement and analyze Integration of dashboards with other application and interfaces Involvement in all phases until deployment

You are a part of
Data Quality Team in Information Data Management (IDM) as part of Information Technology (IT).

IDM focuses on Master Data Management, Data Lakes, Predictive Analytics and Data Analytics. Master data management secures one data domain model across all business platforms and ensures to be consistent in the way data is created, maintained, stored, used, distributed and archived/deleted throughout data lifecycle.

The Data Quality Team in IDM is responsible for business excellence in area of Data Quality aligning with key organizational and functional / departmental priorities. Team is responsible for process improvement initiatives across business, markets and functions. Team drives effective governance, tracking, communication, and overall change management to ensure effective execution of projects and realization of the sustainable impact. It also emphasizes on data quality improvements with predictable time-to-market and reduction in cost of non-quality.

To succeed in this role, you ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Work Experience : 6-10 years

• Technical Experience : Experience of QlikSense or any other BI tool development and integration experience; applying business rules and data validations; Experience working with data warehouse, data marts, and design concepts; Experience in building prototypes and wireframe; Ability to handle large datasets with performance and optimization techniques; Good to have working experience in modern BI tools such as QlikView, Tableau and Power BI; Detailed and hands-on experience/ knowledge of a specific master data domain in MDM and SAP: Product B2B, Product B2C, Vendor, Customer and Installed Base; Data Profiling using excel or other BI tools

• Professional Attributes : Strong communication skills to effectively engage in customer interaction; Should have strong Analytical skills and problem-solving approach ; Should have strong presentation skills, ability to co-create prototypes, visualizations on live sessions with clients ; Should be ready to accept challenging tasks ; Leading change; stakeholder management ; strong influence skills
