Urgently Hiring for Corporate IT Recruiter Role for one of our reputed client .
Exp - 5 to 8yrs.
Job Location - Gurgaon.
Notice Period - 15 to 20 Days (Immediate Joiners are preferred).
Job Description:-
- Handling domestic staffing.
- Well versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Monster and other Social Media Platforms.
- Good knowledge of technologies for IT Hiring, Stakeholder.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Screening resumes.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Coordinating interviews with the clients and hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
