Job Description
Academic Head cum Center Manager manages all operational activities of the training center including staffing, facilities, and coordination with trainers and students. Develops corporate training center strategies and initiatives that reflect the organizations goals. Being a Center Manager prepares business plans that support the operation of the center and adhere to budget. May collaborate with educational institutions to provide additional or specialized training. Additionally, Center Manager may be responsible for supervising trainers and instructors. Requires a bachelor's degree. The Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager,ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
Roles and responsibilities:
- To followup and bring admissions
- To look after smooth operation of batches
- Take followup of scheduling from coorinator
- Followup syllabus progress, DPP and Test result
- Fee collection followup
- Meeting principles, correspondent of the schools for regular followups
- Take instruction from management and distribute works
- Marketing visit will be there twice or once in a month.
- Candidate must have comfort in two wheeler driving
- Problem solving skills highly required.

Requirements:
To be a Academic head cum Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 2 to 3 years training or teaching experience and 3 years of administration experience is required.They need to have excellent communication skills.
