Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP QM
- Good functional knowledge of standard SAP QM processes in Pharmaceutical Operations.
- In-depth knowledge/ understanding of GMP & Protocols
- Act as a single point of contact for SAP related queries in SAP QM Area.
- Interact with external statutory auditors and provide clarifications in the area SAP as required.
- Own & manage the SAP Validation documentation & handle the revalidation requirements as needed.
- Strong Cross Functional Experience with integration of Quality Management (QM) with Production Planning (PP), Material Management and Warehouse Management functionalities.
- Good experience in design, configuration, and implementation of complex SAP PP/QM modules in critical customer base which involves Full life cycle SAP project implementation.
- Coordinate with Quality teams for understanding new initiatives in SAP and drive the implementation of the same
- Error resolution:
- Guide the internal/external team on error resolution
- Escalate issues to SAP/External consultant support team as required.
- Development of additional Functionality:
- Identify the need of developments based on incidents
- coordinate with Technical team for development
- Coordinate with internal teams for User Requirement Specification and Testing of developed functionality
- Guide the team to provide end user training on periodic basis related to Existing/new functionality in SAP.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduation
SAP Certification added advantage
Work Experience:
- Total No. of years: 15-18 years, with minimum 10+ years experience in SAP QM implementation/support in an end user organization.
- Experience in the implementation/support in large/Pharma organizations.
- Integration experience with various supply chain, manufacturing and quality laboratory systems such as Manufacturing/Lab Execution Systems (MES/LES), Laboratory Management Information Systems (LIMS) and planning/scheduling solutions(SAP IBP) is a plus.

- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Service oriented and support the business team as and when required.
- Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
