Job Description
1)To ensure the following so far as Insurance Business of the Region is concerned:
a) Branch Wise & Region Target are achieved Month on Month .
b) To ensure that every branch is activated with Insurance Business every month .
c) To ensure that all issues pertaining to Insurance Business is resolved at the minimum time .
d) To ensure the awareness level of Insurance Products & procedure amongst the branches by One to One Training to Branch Staffs .
e) To motivate the staff of every branches about Insurance Business by either personally visiting the branches or by telephone .
f) Work Schedule per day :
Branch Visit : at least 2 per day .
Customer Visit : at least 5-6 Customers per day.
Telephonically : Should talk to at least all Branches every day .
g) To Keep a very cordial relationship with Branches & all RO Staff .Roles and Responsibilities
