We have excellent openings for Hiring for Payroll Executive / Assistant Manager

Required Skills:

Qualification: Any Qualification
Experience: Minimum 2 year in ITes as a HR-Payroll
Salary: 28K to 42K
Shift: UK-Shift
Location : Kalyan Nagar ( Bangalore )

HR Payroll Bangalore:

2-3 years of experience in the field of IT/ITES HR/Payroll
Strong knowledge of Payroll processing, employee taxation, Perquisites, etc
Good knowledge on statutory benefits, and records management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to manage and work as a part of the team Core Account abilities:
Maintain and administer employee-related data
Preparation of payroll inputs and ensure consistency of output
Accountable for ensuring employee salaries are paid accurately and as per the company's policy
Reconciliation of payroll data and maintain a proper document control system for auditing
Handling employee taxation queries
Coordinate with various departments and ensure that the new joiner induction goes smoothly
Verification and collection of documents from the new joiners and their maintenance

Note: This Profile is only for Home from Office. and face to face Interview.
