I am Hiring for a ICT system integrator firm providing Audio & Visual, cabling, wireless solutions, networking products, services/solutions.

*Role*: Project Manager-Audio Visual

*Location*: Bangalore (only Bangalore job seekers apply)

*Experience*: Graduates -Electronics withMin 6+years Audio Visual project management, designing and managing Audio Visual IT installations across the country.

*Must have Skills*: AV project Management, AV design, Technical oversight, project plans,Costing/budgeting, Implementation, test & calibration, diagnose, configuration the AV equipment in Audio & Visual projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Manager-AV to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for Designing and managing AVIT installations across the country. In nutshell, will be taking total ownership of the projects right from inception till handing over as well as post installation.

  • Provide technical oversight of a project from conception through installation and completion.
  • Review hour estimation for work based on needs analysis, scope of work and bid requirements.
  • Develop engineering and architectural (RCP/Floor Plan) drawings, calculations, acoustical modeling with the team.
  • Identify and address technical or logistical impediments to delivering scope of work.
  • Identify special requirements for the project, including but not limited to: test equipment, specialised tools, rigging support.
  • Test audio DSP or video processing systems software required for system functionality.
  • Provide engineering & knowledge support to the project installation team.
  • Provide technical oversight on commissioning of systems both in-house and on-site.
  • Meet with current/prospective vendors to help evaluate products & technologies.
  • Prepare project plan & provide weekly project updates for clients & management team.
  • Responsible for monitoring project budget & implementation.
  • Design wall plates and overlays.
  • Test integrated systems and perform troubleshooting when needed.
  • Provide engineering and control system programming support to the project installation team when needed.
  • Coordinate with the client Project team to assist with securing the necessary approvals from time to time & engage in all site client meetings related to the projects.
  • Responsible for sign off & Handing over of the project.
  • Provide documented test results from system testing and commissioning.
  • Review project designs created by internal and external resources and submit to CAD department
  • Ability to travel to various job sites required

Would also be responsible for the post installation support & AMC business

 Skills and Abilities

  • Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
  • Proven business writing skills for e mail communications
  • Proficient with test and calibration equipment
  • Support user acceptance testing
  • Ability to program, change and troubleshoot (AMX/Crestron)
  • Ability to diagnose complex system problems
  • Advanced computer skills as required for the design, configuration, and operation of AV equipment
  • Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients and colleagues
  • Ability to identify the knowledge gaps in the team & ensure proper training to close the same.

 Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of AV experience is preferred
  • Must own a conveyance
