Responsible for identifying and appointing channel partners
Responsible for assisting the channel partners to close deals
Responsible for making suitable plans to increase market share
Creating and implementing a sales plan
Work closely with HO funnel team to keep expanding list of potential clients
Engage with users to ensure expansion, AMC and renewals happen in time
Engage with users to ensure product satisfaction and get testimonials
Engage with Industrial associations, OEMS to get more leads
Engage with TPM and LEAN mfg. consultants as partners for business promotion
Monitor and report competitor activity Requirements for the Position
BE /DME in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering
3/5 years sales experience with capital goods like CNC machines/ CNC cuttingtools
Good customer contacts at senior level ( CEO and business owners)
Access to key decision makers and influencers
Familiar with Industry 4.0 solutions, shop floor technical terms, user pain points(Preferable)
Good networking connect with CNC machine / cutting tool sellers in theregion
Analysing sales data and suggest fresh sales strategies
Indicative age group 30. +/- 2 years, preferably
Good presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills English and local language
Must own transport and laptop
