Job Description
The Role of the Designated Individual Will be Holistic towards Marketing as well as Sales. They will be working with a Sales Team of 3-4 People currently on our Residential Projects based in Mumbai. This Job Role would require great Communication Skills as well as Customer Relationship Management. This Job Role would require the individual to Market and pitch the Residential Project to Clients that visit their office, focusing on Re-Marketing eventually leading to The Sales of the Available inventory of the Residential Apartments. An Important part of this Job would be consistent Market Research which would lead to creating Sale Boosting strategies and innovative marketing ideas and tools. This Role would also require the individual to stay in touch and activate the Channel Partner Network and also Look over and implement several other strategies that would Boost Sales. With every sale made the individual will also be awarded a Performance Bonus. This Role would not require a lot of traveling.Employement Category:
