Adobe Video team is looking for an exceptional Senior Lead Software Engineer who can thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused team. The candidate will own the responsibility of assigned area and lead it completely starting from conception to release.
This position is based in Noida, India.
Responsibilities
============
1. Own the responsibility of assigned area and lead it completely in various phases of SDLC e.g. requirement analysis, test planning, estimation & execution, automation, release & production issue RCA.
2. Engage with team in India and Germany to understand the user stories and design an innovative solution.
3. Create and maintain automation framework for functional, and performance testing
4. Execute functional, workflow/user-centric test cases manually as needed.
5. Display thought leadership through presentations in various aspects of Software Quality
6. Work as part of a highly motivated Agile team in short release cycles.

Requirements
============
1. Graduate in Computer Science or related field
2. Good experience in automation testing with capability to create new automation framework from scratch and add new test cases to it
3. Expertise in any one programming language (Java, Python)
4. Strong problem-solving skills needed to identify, research, and resolve problems
5. Strong computer science fundamentals & data structures knowledge.
6. Exposure to video, audio based application will be preferred.
7. Strong communication skills with cross geo teams
