Job Description
for Project Manager, Interior DesignKey Responsibilities -
As the Operations Delivery Manager, you will own the experience of every customer to get a timely, consistent, and high-quality experience.
You will also be the point of escalation for every customer during the course of the project.
Your direct reporting line will be to the Company head.
You will prepare formal reporting on project progress such as Weekly Progress Reports, Project Timeline, Monthly Team Performance matrix, etc.
You will lead a team of also lead a team of designers, site supervisors, electricians, installers, and external vendors to seamlessly coordinate
to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of products, in adherence to our quality standards.
You will be responsible for resource allocation; project management; design, delivery installation timelines; budgeting cost management; end-product quality; and root-cause problem solving to continuously improve operations.
You will coordinate communication and foster teamwork between all the project stakeholders and help them to develop so that the team delivers strongly each time, every time
Skills, Capabilities Background -
This profile needs a person with an owner mindset. The role is challenging and not for the faint-hearted. This is what you need to have to succeed in this role :
Graduate / Post-graduate from an Interior Design school.
2+ years of relevant experience in project management / general management.
Strong English has written verbal communication skills.
Solid project management & strong Time Management Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets. Knowledge of 3D software will be added benefit.
Core interior industry experience in kitchen, wardrobe, storage, Modular and Fit Out works.
Maximum Salary is upto 45k, rest depends on the interview
