Roles and Responsibilities

Handling branch operation & Solving Customer's queries

Handling liability products such as (CASA / LI /HI / FD & RD)

Handling Sales Team and ensure they achieve the given target

Doing field sourcing & acquiring new customer to organization

Complete product knowledge and customer base in local market

Willing to do field sourcing & business development

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have relevant experience in Banking Operation & Sales

Minimum 4 - 7 years experience in banking operation

Graduation is mandatory

Age: 25 - 35 years (Male / Female)

Must have good customer base & local market understanding

Aggressive to drive the given target & achieve the same
