2] The Branch Manager / Branch Head / BDM/SBDM- will directly report to the Area Head / Senior Area Head of the base location.
3] Develop sales forecast, Budget and manpower plan for the Region.
4] Monitor sales volume, revenue and cost against forecast to identify problem areas and adopt procedures or Re route resources to improve the over all performance of the region.
5] Supervise the different branches and ensure implementation of tools of procedures that will assist the whole sales process from call to closure thereby optimizing productivity.
6] Increase the distribution network of agency channel cost effective manner.
7] To ensure early Licenses by our Business Partners to enhance earnings productivity.
8] Ensuring early success of the Managers by helping him to recruit accelerate in business. Handling HNI clients HNI agents directly.
9] Interacting developing rapport with all external/internal constituents of client at all levels for maximum client retention and achievement of service revenues.
