One of our reputed MNC Life Insurance client is looking for Branch Manager Direct channel.

Please note that current onroll team handling experience of 4 or 5 years in Life Insurance Sales Direct channel is a must to apply for this job.

Job Responsibilities:

To manage independent branch in terms of profitability and administration.
To manage a team of Premier Relationship Managers, Senior Relationship Managers, Relationship Manager.
To setup strong distribution & achieve branch targets of Life Insurance with team.
Strategize and implement local sales promotion activities.
To promote a customer centric culture among both staff and field force.
Protect and promote the brand value of the company.
Lead, inspire, motivate and manage the team so as to have effective control on attrition of key resources.
Be updated on all relevant developments in the Insurance industry.

Desired profile:

Life insurance team handling experience of at least 4years or more.
Should have great career progression someone who had grown from ground level to middle manager
Not a job hopper
Localite or local experience is preferable but not mandatory
Desire to work with sales managers & assistant sales managers develop, motivate them to achieve their goals

Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate
