Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze and break down electrolyzer stack into subassemblies/modules for model validation.
- Build subassemblies/modules from FEA models required for testing.
- Define (and organize) test plan(s) to validate generated FEA models
- Proficient in basic data acquisition, analysis and reporting.
- Evaluate various design options, down select and optimize the best solution.
- Reviewing the product designs and designing verification methodologies based on product designs and failure points.
- Develop test protocols for stack mechanical components based on FEA results.
- Run experiments to characterize the reliability of critical stack components.
- Develop accelerated stress test protocols for stack mechanical components
- Develop ex-situ testing for stack mechanical components.
Desired Candidate Profile
MTech from Tier 1 institute has good experience in Fuel cell/Batteries or the Electrolyzer industry.
